Announcing our newest program, Strong Start with Sinew!!
We are so excited to offer the opportunity to work with high school students to prep for their next level up! College, A Gap Year or if you are moving on to the world of work, Sinew has the framework to help strengthen your child's mental fitness as they transition to their next stage.
Teen and Young Adult Life Skills Coaching and Group Services
Helping teens and young adults thrive is the reason we started the Strong Start program at Sinew Solution.
Adolescence and young adulthood are critical periods of growth and development, but they can also be challenging times. Teens and young adults often struggle with distraction, self-doubt, and a lack of direction. This can make it difficult for them to reach their full potential and create extraordinary lives.
Strong Start with Sinew provides a roadmap for teens and young adults to overcome these challenges and thrive. The program offers practical strategies for dealing with distraction, building self-confidence, exploring passions, and connecting with purpose. Group programs offer connection to peers and time to develop and share inspiring stories of overcoming adversity and achieving their dreams.

Please continue to work with any medical professionals when needed. The Strong Start - Life Skills programming is not politically or religiously affiliated and our curriculum does not address anything related to these topics.
